ONLINE ORDERS - HOLIDAY DEADLINES
PLEASE ORDER EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
We plan our prep up to 3 days ahead of when we bake your bread, so the sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can book it in. Leave us a note at checkout if you would like it sent out on a particular day (Mon-Wed only for fresh bread).
Last day for online courier dispatches pre-Christmas is Wed 18th Dec (order by Sun 15th). For Rural Delivery, last dispatch is Mon 16th Dec.
We're exploring an option for a same day delivery on Mon 23rd Dec for Auckland addresses ... so watch this space to see if we can pull it off. Please note though that a shipping surcharge will apply.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR BAKERY SHOP HOURS
We'll be open with a fresh bake on Friday 27th Dec and Fri 3rd Jan. For pre-mixes and frozen loaves, you can also pop in on Tue 24th Dec and Tue 31st Dec until 2pm.

Fresh bread online deliveries
We normally bake and send fresh bread online orders on Mondays - Wednesdays. We prepare, bake and dispatch them in the order received. Sourdough needs extra love (time!) to do its natural fermentation so it always pays to order as early as possible :)
We generally don't send bread to out-of-town addresses on a Thursday, in case your lovely fresh loaves sit in a courier depot all weekend. But if you want us to send it, you can add that instruction into the comments at checkout. Please be aware that although we use NZ Post's overnight service, we cannot guarantee their delivery timeframes.
